Farmer leader Mahendra Singh Tikait,who was mostly known for his work in favour of farmers is dead today on 15th May. He was suffering from bone cancer and was being hospitalized.
Mahendra Singh Tikait was also known for some of the movements he had started for the welfare of farmers and for peasants’ rights in northern India.
