As the current slogan for “Harry Potter” website Pottermore‘s YouTube page states, “the owls have been gathering” for the release of J.K. Rowling’s statement on the new, mysterious venture the author is engaging in. As for right now, all we know is that the site deals with Harry in some way, but we’ll know how so at 7 a.m. ET this Thursday, according to Mugglenet.
Also, according to the New York Times, the site is not a site created for a new book. Rowling’s spokeswoman made sure correct people about the rumor of an eighth book, but said nothing else that would give clues as to what the site will be about.
However, the spokeswoman did say that Rowling would appear at the Victoria and Albert Museum Thursday to talk about the new site. Reporters were instructed in an email not to conduct one-on-one interviews with the author and recording, filming, and photography will not be permitted.
