Actress Vijayalakshmi, who was seen as the romantic interest of Surya in friends and as Arya's sister-in-law in Boss Engira Baskaran fame, has filed a complaint against Director Seeman, at the came to the Chennai city Police Commissioner’s office on Wednesday afternoon.
